In 2017, our 26 production employees produced 410 tons of sausages, a little over a million products. These figures steadily increased in 2018 and in 2019 although the industry has recently been disrupted by the outbreak of African Swine fever in China.
We sell mostly to large and medium-sized outlets, but a significant share remains for wholesalers who supply delicatessen and traditional butchers. We also export, especially to Belgium, Holland and China. The expansion of our factory has allowed us to use our experience and expertise to develop new concepts and products. An increasingly important part of our business.
OGIER is steadily expanding. 2019 has been a pivotal year for the development of the company and its production area.
