We are happy to announce an increase in the range of Ogier dry-cured and ready to cook products. This is a result of the expansion of our production facilities, but without diminishing the high standard and quality that has secured the reputation of our products.
This important project would not have been possible without the financial support of the Rhône department, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (through EAFRD) and the European Council's rural development policy.
We have extended the production area; introduced a development area; two state-of-the-art laboratories; 10 dryers holding from 30 to 140 racks and 6 warming rooms large enough to hold up to 30. The total floor space is nearly 1,200m² and production capacity is now 60 tons per week.
