Ingredients: Pork origin France (129gm per 100gm of finished product), goat's cheese (LACTOSE) 7%, salt, LACTOSE, Marc de Bourgogne, sugar, dextrose, spices, preservatives: potassium nitrate, fermenters. NUTS, natural coating (E-474).

Average nutritional values per 100gm: energy 1695kJ/419kcal, fat 31.7gm including: saturated fatty acids 11.2gm, carbohydrates 4.1gm including: sugars 1.6gm, protein 26gm, salt 3.4gm.
