With 5% truffle and 3% pistachio this is an exceptional Lyonnais sausage for simmering containing pieces of black truffle and pistachios, which create a unique flavour.
The exceptional taste of this Lyonnais sausage is often asssociated with special festive events like Christmas, marriage or gourmet events.

Don't forget that black truffles can contain amounts of the important vitamins B2, B3, B5, D & K.

Pistachio is rich in nutrients: 30 different vitamins, minerals and phyto-nutrients. It is also one of the nut varieties with the least fat and calories (3-4 calories par nut) but rich in fibre. It is a good source of the fatty acids that help lower "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and increase "good" cholesterol (HDL).
